To our valued First Exchange Bank Customers and Friends: Due to an increase in Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in our surrounding area, First Exchange Bank would like to assure the communities we serve that steps are being taken daily at our locations to protect the health and safety of all customers, employees, and visitors.

The safety and health of our staff and community is always our top priority, therefore effective Wednesday, July 22, 2020, lobbies will be available by appointment only. All drive thru locations will operate with their normal business hours. Bank staff will continue their normal schedules, to allow staff to be available by telephone, drive thru, and by appointment to meet your financial needs within our normal operational hours. First Exchange Bank recognizes that these are challenging times filled with uncertainty. First Exchange Bank wants to assure you our main objective is to ensure you have continued access to our services

First Exchange Bank offers the following methods of banking during these times:

  • Drive thrus – All will be available Monday through Saturday. Visit our website for specific hours at
  • Online/Mobile Banking – If you are not signed up, please contact one of our branches to begin the process. This will allow you to monitor your account activity, deposit checks, pay bills, and transfer funds electronically from a mobile device or laptop.

  • ATM services – All ATMS allow cash withdraws, balance inquires, and transfers. Our White Hall ATM also accepts cash and check deposits.

  • Telephone Banking – Contact one of our branches if you need assistance.

Should you need assistance enrolling in any of the online or mobile services, call your local branch and we will be glad to walk you through the process. We are always here to assist you!

We are asking customers to be on alert for spam and cyber risks. In times of panic, we need to ensure we maintain security of our passwords, electronic devices, etc. First Exchange Bank does not send emails requesting your user names, passwords, account numbers, etc. please call us directly if you have any questions.

We are urging everyone to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection. Enhanced cleaning procedures have been put in place to increase the frequency in which we sanitize and disinfect our ATMs and drive through equipment, as well as continued sanitization of our employee areas.
