We have implemented the new “FirstLink” telephone banking voice response system. As of the afternoon of February 10, 2009, when you call the voice response telephone number, you will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number as the PIN to access your account. To complete this upgrade, we reset everyone’s PIN to the last four digits of their social security number. If you have any questions, please contact your local branch.
