What’s new at First Exchange Bank

  • Customer Service Enhancement “ Transaction Cut-Off Extended”

Most of our branches require transactions to be received before 2:00 p.m.; otherwise they are processed the next business day.

Effective February 16, 2010 transactions received before 4:00 p.m. will be credited on the current business day. Transactions after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

This change was implemented to provide additional flexibility to our customers. As we strive to meet the needs of our customers “In Real Life”.

As of the afternoon of February 10, 2009, when you call the voice response telephone number, you will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number as the PIN to access your account. To complete this upgrade, we reset everyone’s PIN to the last four digits of their social security number. If you have any questions, please contact your local branch.
