First Exchange Bank Welcomes Three Experienced Banking Professionals to its Leadership and Commercial Banking Division

White Hall, WV –First Exchange Bank is pleased to announce the addition of three highly experienced banking professionals to its leadership and commercial banking division, Samuel Gallo, Chris Parr, and Craig Hriblan. Together, these new hires bring a combined 68 years of banking experience to First Exchange Bank, strengthening the bank’s commitment to community-focused financial services across North Central West Virginia.

Samuel Gallo has been named Chief Lending Officer, succeeding incoming CEO, Clayton Rice. Gallo brings more than 28 years of banking experience, all in credit and commercial lending within the North Central West Virginia region. He is well-respected in the industry for his depth of knowledge and relationship-focused approach.

Chris Parr joins the bank as a Commercial Loan Officer and Deposit Specialist based in White Hall. A native of Fairmont, Parr has 29 years of banking expertise, with a career spanning both retail and commercial lending.

Craig Hriblan has been named a Commercial Loan Officer and Deposit Specialist at the Suncrest location in Morgantown. With 16 years of experience in mortgage, credit, and commercial lending, Hriblan has been an active member of the Morgantown community for many years.
