- Reminder- Access to First Exchange Bank’s online banking portal and mobile app will be down starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025. Access will be restored on Monday, April 28, 2025.
4/23/2025: Bill Pay and External Loan Payments
- Due to our System Upgrade, online banking Bill Pay and External Loan Payments will be unavailable starting Wednesday, April 23, 2025 until Monday, April 28, 2025.
4/17/2025: ATM Schedule Change

4/09/2025: ATM Schedule (Updated on 04/17/2025)
- Below is a schedule of when the First Exchange Bank ATMs will begin the System Upgrade process. From the date noted for each ATM, access to secondary accounts, PIN changes, and balance inquiries will be unavailable until Monday, April 28, 2025.
- Fairview ATM- Thursday, April 17, 2025
- Pierpont Landing ATM- Thursday, April 17, 2025
- Hundred ATM- Monday, April 21, 2025
- Mannington ATM- Tuesday, April 22, 2025
- Fairmont ATM- Wednesday, April 23, 2025
- Suncrest ATM- Thursday, April 24, 2025.
- White Hall ATM- Monday, April 28, 2025
At First Exchange Bank, we are committed to continually improving our systems to better serve you. To ensure we meet this commitment, we will be conducting a system upgrade starting Friday, April 25, 2025, and continue through Monday, April 28, 2025.
Although we’ve made efforts to limit interruptions, we want to inform you about some temporary impacts to our services:
- All First Exchange Bank offices will be closed on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
- Online and Mobile Banking will unavailable from 6:00 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025, until the morning of Monday, April 28, 2025.
- Telephone banking services will be unavailable from 6:00 pm Friday, April 25, 2025 until the morning of Monday, April 28, 2025.
- Due to the System Upgrade, customers will receive two statements during this statement cycle:
- One statement will cover the beginning of your statement cycle through April 25, 2025.
- A second statement will cover April 26, 2025, through the remainder of the statement cycle.
All normal business operations will resume Monday, April 28th, 2025.

- No, your debit card and checks will remain the same.
- Will I need to change my credentials or re-enroll in online banking or mobile banking?
- No, your online and mobile banking access will remain the same.
- Will my account history and statements remain accessible?
- Yes, your account history and statements will be accessible.
- Will my statement cycle change?
- After April 26th, 2025, your statement cycle will end on either the 15th or last day of every month.
