First Exchange Bank Hires Clayton Rice As Commercial Loan Officer

White Hall, WV– First Exchange Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Clayton Rice as a Commercial Loan Officer in their White Hall Office. In this role, Mr. Rice will be focused on helping new and current clients with their commercial banking needs throughout North Central West Virginia.

“Clayton is well-known in North Central West Virginia, particularly in the Harrison County market and will be providing excellent service to our existing and new customers throughout the region,” said C. Clayton Rice has 26 years of banking experience, 18 of which were spent in leadership roles in West Virginia, and 10 years of owning and managing his own business. Mr. Rice is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting.

Rice is a native of Bridgeport, WV. He and his wife, Jill, have three children, Alex, Paige and Adam.
